Welcome! My practice with clients is guided by a deep belief in the innate capacity of human beings to heal, adapt, and grow from even the most traumatic experiences or longstanding difficulties. This resiliency does not require special abilities or super-human strengths, but instead occurs in the presence of an authentic and safe connection. When we can sit with another and have our pain, shame, and darkest parts held with warmth and understanding, our burdens transform from "me problems" back into a shared part of the human experience.
