HUMANKINDS THERAPY

I view therapy as an ongoing conversation in which the toughest parts of life can be shared and explored without the threat of judgement, criticism, or shame. Stepping beyond the limits of diagnosis and labels, I love helping people develop deeper understanding of how their lived experiences influence where they find themselves today and how even the most perplexing symptoms, patterns, and behaviors tend to make sense. As we join in this process of exploration and learning together, we're able find new ways of being in the world that are founded in connection, acceptance, and confidence.
